Fantastic Stay with Really good Service
convenient location needed facilities comfy bed easy extension
I appreciated the convenient location, a short walk to main attractions. My room had all needed facilities and was very clean. The bed was comfy. Extending my stay was easy.
The soundproofing wasn't great, as i could hear doors slamming and neighbor conversations.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting guests. They provided helpful recommendations for local activities. I received a warm welcome upon arrival and were nice, though parking was expensive!

decent stay, some issues
musty smell room change
the staff were polite and attentive, an acceptable aspect of the stay.
the room i was given initially had a noticeably musty smell. this was quite off-putting. it took two days to arrange a room change which was inconvenient and impacted my stay.

cute staff restaurant recommendations coffee bar humidity odor first-floor room breakfast options
the staff was cute and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. there was a complimentary juice and coffee bar, a lovely inclusion. the location allowed easy access to tours and popular areas.
I noticed a strong humidity odor in the first-floor room i received. this is an aspect they must improve. breakfast options could be better.

Excellent Stay with Really good Staff
natural light comfortable bed swimming pool attentive staff
The room was bright with plenty of natural light. It featured a simple minimalist aesthetic. The bed provided excellent comfort. The pool area had enough space for swimming. I was impressed by the genuinely kind and attentive staff. They greeted everyone with a smile.
The location is a short walk from a convenience store and some local restaurants so bring walking shoes.

english speaking staff free juice poor soundproofing distant location
The staff spoke fantastic english. they answered any questions i had and helped me with travel. free juice was available in the lobby. It was a nice touch.
I could hear doors slamming. Soundproofing wasn't great. the location isn't ideal. It's not close to many attractions.

poor soundproofing inconvenient location
The staff were helpful. They changed my room really after I reported an issue with the original room facing a wall.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear doors slamming and neighbors talking, hard to sleep.. the location was not ideal. It was quite far from the main attractions.
